I phoned up for some advice about car insurance and was given brilliant help and information by Jon Fletcher from the Worcester branch. He was extremely patient (especially when I gave muddled number plate detail!) and explained everything clearly. The final quote for the insurance was a very good one, saving us over half of the existing policy fee.

I’ve just taken a motor insurance policy out this morning having talked with Andrew Cotter during the week. Andrew found me a great deal, not only was he nice to deal with, pleasant and professional, but he did what he said he’d do, and he did it when he said he would.
Andrew said he would be my personal contact going forwards, to sort any issues. Fantastic service which stands out from the crowd.

Whilst A Plan are marginally more expensive than my previous insurance provider I value the experience of being more than just a voice on the end of a phone.
