Having seen on a Facebook site that I could get my VW T5.1 camper conversion fully covered for insurance including all my modifications, I thought why not give them a try, I have to say that the whole process from start to finish was made so simple yet comprehensive it left me with full confidence that when phoned back by Joe it was such an easy decision to make as the price quoted was only marginally more than a quote I had received from my current insurer where they were excluding modifications 🙄 yet covered me for all that I needed.

Pleased with the quote - helpful staff. Only issue I had was when I was sent a link to access my documents I couldn’t sign in - it kept telling me it didn’t recognise my policy number even though I had put it in correctly, so I had to ring up which was a bit inconvenient as waited quite a long time for an answer but again, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sent all the documents as an attachment to email straight away.

The fee are reasonable for someone who does high mileage. I m a very low mileage owner and my car is kept in a garage- on this basis the fees are high - how about some flexibility?

As ever A-Plan was helpful, speedy and efficient in renewing my household insurance policy. I was happy to stay with them despite no longer having - in practical terms - the opportunity to discuss matters in person.
My only mild reservations were i) that although all the documents correctly arrived by post as arranged there was no covering note (or compliment slip); and ii) it took them about 3 weeks to acknowledge (by email) my renewal and payment (although the latter - by cheque - was debited very quickly!)

So nice to deal with a company face-to-face. Great service as usual from the Kidderminster branch and in particular from Valentia Scarrott who secured me a new car and house package with some useful added cover which I didn't have with my existing policy with a different company...and at a lower price too.
