Efficient service when I visited the office to renew my home insurance policy,not much of an increase in premium as research for the best policy had been carried out by A plan beforehand suitable for my requirements. Policy documents printed out and handed to me before l left the office as I did prefer paper copies.

Have used this company for 6/7 years (Chelmsford branch) for home and car insurance. The customer service is fantastic. The savings are great - hours that I don’t have in sourcing the best policies and £’s which nobody wants to waste! The whole team are personable and contactable. I have recommended A-Plan to friends and family and they have always been able to save them money. 3 or 4 weeks prior to renewal of my car insurance we were contacted by our local A Plan office at Bromsgrove & were asked to make contact prior to looking for best deals & offers with number of insurance companies.
Once our renewal policy was selected, A Plan ran through various options etc, before we agreed to go ahead, etc. This year's policy meant a minute increase of £7.00 & it included a number of free add ons which were inclusive of our renewal policy
