We have used A-Plan, via their Evesham office, for several years for both home and motor insurance. The staff are always polite and well-informed, and take time to seek what, to them, represents a good deal for their customers. Cheaper deals may well be available for some products, but I doubt if the personal service is as good, if it exists at all.

The service at A Plan Andover is second to none. I would recommend anyone to switch. The team is very helpful and will do what they can to get you the best deal out there. Fortunately I have not had to make any claims so cannot really comment on your performance. But you had better not let me down if I ever do have to make a claim. The main aim of ANY insurance is to offer "peace of mind" So I hope that if at any time in the future I did have to make a claim I would hope you were true to your side of the deal. No wriggling out and falling back on the "small print" that most people can't even read let alone understand. All insurance to my mind is a necessary evil.

There is something about A-plans training scheme that means ever time you phone them, no matter who you speak to, or what the query is the response is always prompt, courteous, efficient and never too much trouble, there is a 'can do' attitude just in the tone of voice of all the representatives.
Price is not always the best criteria to buy insurance and A-plan proves that. a real human being to speak to, no press 5 , press 6 hold 10 minutes, we value your call, hold 10 minutes, sorry wrong department!! NOT A-plan.

I've used A-Plan St. Albans for years. They give me plenty of notice when a policy is coming up for renewal via text/email and make the process very straightforward and painless (which isn't always the case where insurance is involved!)
