Delighted to find a broker on the High Street. Fed up with on line lack of service and time wasting. A-Plan have handled my car insurance with ease, friendly efficient service. My quote bettered the on liners and included breakdown insurance. What’s not to like. Adam at the Harrogate office is a top man. Highly recommend A-Plan.

Adam Horwood-Smith from Taunton helped me on the phone, having been in South Africa for 40 years and just returned I knew that my request would not be straightforward especially as my husband has a provisional licence which expires 41 years after he got it. A mistake we think but as he left UK shortly after that it was never questioned. Adam was very helpful, heard my details and captured everything as the situation stands ensuring I understood everything all the way through.

Just bought a small VW Caddy. Dealt with David Swiers who was absolutely brilliant. Can’t thank him enough for his great service and going the extra mile. We have 4 commercial vans and were highly recommended to A-Plan. I must say the service levels and customer-centric approach by all their agents including our contact Luke Morley at the Tooting branch was exceptional.
