It was absolutely a pleasure to deal my van insurance with Reece @Tooting.
A worker recommended to contact to A-plan, Recce from the beginning was extremely helpful,he made different quotations and compared all of them in my behalf to order to find the best one and he did it so efficient.
I am still impressed about this customer service from Recce, normally it is a nightmare to contact with the insurances and sadly I have to say the customer service in most of them is horrendous.
I highly recommend it. Thank you Recce to put things easy.

A Plan have taken over my house insurance from a previous provider. I spoke to Leon Rees on several occasions and have to say he was extremely polite and friendly at all times and a pleasure to deal with. I will consider this company for any future insurance and would highly recommend.

I recently had an enquiry with regards to my insurance and I would just like to say the gentleman’ who helped me with my requirement Ryan Coggins was fantastic, extremely helpful, went out of his way to help , called me back and kept me informed and updated, fantastic phone manner and although excellent at his job. A-Plan reminded me of an upcoming renewal date for my house insurance and looked for the best deal for me. These different deals were presented to me and explained fully. I feel I was dealt with in a professional but friendly manner. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Silly Accident at Home.
On the 23rd December at 19.40 my wife accidentally knocked a glass of red wine over our beige lounge carpet during a short power cut.
Unable to remove the wine I called A Plan at 09.30 on the 24th speaking to Thomas Alexander.
I gave him the details and he told me that he would call me back, within a very short time I received the call to say that I would be called by Ageas.
The call came and I briefly explained the accident and a video link to my phone allowed the lady, Sarah to see the damage and take photographs.
She then told me that I would be contacted by an inspection company, this happened again within a short time and an appointment for the 5th January was set up via Brian and all in under 2 hours.
I am doubtful that this could have been achieved with an online insurance provider.
The inspector has been and I am now waiting to be contacted by a professional carpet cleaner.
