Portal not available
I am informed that I cannot view either my van insurance nor our house and contents insurance on your portal because the portal is only available for my wife's car insurance. This is because my Email address has been used for my wife's car insurance. It is me who deals with all insurances including the car not my wife.
I used to be able to view all the insurances we had with you on the portal. Can this please be adjusted so that I can view all our insurances on the portal.

I dealt with Charmaine recently. She was courteous and polite and we also shared some humour. We discussed my present home insurance and she was able to come up with a very good policy at a fair premium. That , coupled with the fact that any claim is dealt with by their in house team makes me feel comfortable that I can relax if something unexpected should happen. Keep up the good work.
