I've been dealing with A-Plan Insurance (Kidderminster) for my parents car insurance for the past few years and they always go above and beyond to make sure that I am 100% happy with my insurance product(s). I have taken out both car and Home insurance with A-Plan. Efficient snd friendly service. I found talking with the staff far less stressful than completing forms on line. I was also able to ask questions about the level of cover I was taking out. Also reassured that I can contact A-Plan if I have a claim and they will deal with the claim on my behalf.
