I have recently had contact to renew my annual motor and buildings and contents insurance policies.
In each case, it was so joyous to be immediately greeted by a member of the team, rather than is so often the case, by a long-winded automated response.
I have been a customer for several years and have always been treated with courtesy and found the process of purchasing insurance to be straightforward. As a team, you should all be very proud of the way you represent yourselves and A-Plan.
When the time is appropriate, I have already decided to arrange my travel insurance with yourselves.

I have always found the staff pleasant and polite, they do not chase you to renew with them, just the odd text to remind me it is due. I have been with them since I passed my test years ago.

I’ve used A-Plan for over 20 years. Every couple of years I check other companies to see if I could be getting a better deal but their prices seem to be the best. I use them for car and home and they always let me know, in good time, when a policy is up for renewal and all the staff I have dealt with have been courteous and knowledgeable. I have nothing but good to say about A-Plan and have recommended them to many over the years.

Robert(Rob) Moore went out of his way to find use insurance cover for our motorhome, spending a long time making sure every detail was covered.
