A Plan were slightly over my renewal quotation but as they're extremely helpful and provide direct contact if you have any questions or issues. Where as my previous provider was all about self service, which basically meant no service, with some generic email or waiting on a contact centre phone line for hours and being passed from pillar to post. After care service is important!

Excellent service you get everything explained in detail. They call back when they say they will. You have confidence you have the best policy for your vehicle. If your not sure things are explained in detail and its good to talk to a person not just click on a screen and hope all is well with your policy. A Plan top service all the time every time. I have never had a big hike in my policy they always get the best deal for you which in turns gives them a loyal customer base. Keep up the good work A Plan.

A very helpful company. I always get straight through to speak to someone within a minute of calling. I've saved money on all my insurance which include vehicles, home & business. They call to remind me as my various insurances are due but do not pester me in between and there's never been a hard sell. Highly recommend this helpful team.

This year is my 2nd year of using A plan the cost of insurance seemed reasonable I can't say how well claims are managed as fortunately I haven't had the need to claim but on the original setting up of the policy and this years renewal the staff have been very helpful
