Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. I have been using A-Plan for a very long time, I think it is around 16-17 years. Until last month I had only used A-Plan for my car insurance,I now have a home contents insurance policy too which I find to be very reasonable. My car insurance this year has also reduced, this is the first time since insuring my vehicle. Thank you to all the staff for the service I have received in the last 16 years.

After spending hours online trying to find insurance, then trying to ring the companies to ask questions, only to find it took about half an hour to speak to a human, I gave up and decided to try a local insurance brokers. I rang A Plan and someone answered immediately, no options to press. The person I spoke to was helpful and friendly and in no time at all I had my insurance sorted out. They will be my first call next time I need insurance.
