Very happy with A-Plan who have been looking after my car insurance and breakdown cover for some three years. They were able to provide combined cover this time for a slightly lower price than last year and the service is excellent. If I need to check any details the telephone line is answered immediately by a member of staff in my local office and they are helpful and knowledgeable or I can visit the office and often discuss things with the person I have been dealing with by phone. So no lengthy waits to get through to an impersonal call centre (as has been the case in the past) and I know that should I need to make a claim they would provide the same help and support.
