I recently switched my renewal of insurance back to A-Plan after making a decision 12 months ago to accept an invitation from another provider over an issue concerning windscreen cover previously. I was perhaps a little hasty with my decision as I have always used A- Plan cover for my eclectic collection of vehicles Since March 2011.A great feather in their cap at Welwyn Garden City is the consistency of service, knowledge base across the advisors and loyalty of workers to the company with a good number still there to engage with for over 10 years now. They are all professionals and full credit must go to Michael Fisher, Branch Manager also …they are a credit to him and A- Plan. Bravo Team Welwyn and here’s to more success in 2022..

Very professional . Quote sent by email followed up with phone conversation. Quote had come down considerably . Like the fact only a phone call away. Went into shop to pay and meet the friendly staff. Wife moved to them and now convincing kids to do same.
