I always receive very efficient and friendly service from the team at A-Plan insurance. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I've had my Mustangs insured with them for a great number of years now. I would recommend them 100%.

The only thing I don’t like about having insurance with this company is the fact I have to listen to lots of hard sell about other insurances I could have when all I want is to quickly renew .I have nit had this sort of thing from other companies and must admit it the one thing that would make me change to a different company next time

I have always been happy with the service etc provided by A-plan and relied on them to provide the most competitive quotes on both my car and house insurance. Unfortunately I no longer feel this is correct as recently I obtained a much lower quote for my house insurance through an alternative reputable provider. I again recently renewed my car insurance through A-plan and based on my experience with my house insurance, I am now not sure if I could have got it cheaper through an alternative source and will certainly shop around at the next renewal.

I have found A PLAN insurance very good they have always listened to what I require and never tried to sell me something I don't need ,there has always been someone at the other end of the phone to help if there's been a problem .

It's always a busy time around Christmas but that is the time when my car insurance is up for renewal. I was helped through this procedure by Jamie Spruce from the Altrincham branch. He guided me through the process with ease, helpfulness and efficiency in a friendly yet respectful way. He was patient with me as I took time to consider the changes I needed to decide upon. In addition, his knowledgeable assistance helped me to decide about adding insurance for my house contents. Thank you for your help, Jamie, I very much appreciated the time you spent helping me.

After being let down by my home insurance company of many years, I needed to arrange insurance immediately. I contacted friends and had 2 recommendations for our local A-Plan office.
