Used this company many times. Though there's a fee it's worth it to not be kept waiting on insurance company 'help' lines, being told how they're experiencing a high volume of calls, how your call is important to them...but not important enough to have adequate staff on the phones. A-Plan answer quickly, provide efficient help, answer queries, get decent premium and remind you when renewal is due.

I generally find A plan and those who I speak to on the phone very helpful and efficient. However on this occasion renewing my car insurance during December was in itself fairly straight forward but I received another 3 call after this telling me that my car insurance was up for renewal. Despite this completed previously and on one of the phone calls telling the person at A plan that I had already done so and that your system obviously is unable to communicate to other staff. All rather frustrating from my persepective.
