The staff are polite and helpful but you have to haggle to get a competitive price for car insurance. Haven’t had to make a claim yet so I can’t comment on how good they are in that situation.

I had a last minute problem in arranging temporary cover for my old car as I was collecting a new car. the service I received was outstanding-unbelievably efficient and such a pleasure. Lauren Serrano Burke could not have been more helpful. Definitely one of the best insurance experiences I've ever had. She and the team in Bournemouth deserve high praise for their level of customer service and knowledge. She knew all the right questions to ask and called me back with all the answers within 20 minutes!

A real insurance broker who has the flexibility to tailor policies to the individuals needs. They listen, hear and work hard to provide the required level of insurance. It seems that they have a “can do” attitude.
I needed insurance for a modified car; my previous insurance company wouldn’t even consider it. A-Plan provided a detailed quote within a very short time which totalled £16 more than the previous years ‘normal’ insurance. I have happily renewed with them again this year.
