I had to renew my house insurance by phone. I usually come to your premises in person so was unsure about phoning. I was eventually put through to Klaudia Wiech . I found her to be extremely helpful and she explained a lot of different facts I usually do not understand.

A-Plan staff are always very personable, but the IT doesn't seem to help. My answers to their questions often are not reflected in the policy documents. The online access to documents is laughable - it never fails to fail. The company needs to invest in IT and TEST!

A Plan explain policies well and are good at dealing with the layman.
The several people I have spoken to at A Plan will always slow down to go at my pace, instead of rattling away as other companies’ sales people sometimes do.

I have been using Salisbury A plan for quite a few years. Their service is first class. When you need them most - during a claim they take all the hassle and stress away from the client.
