Very efficient service where annual renewals are checked on the market to see if there are any better deals. This compares much more favourably to my old insurer which purely relied on customer inertia not to change policies. I was able to save a significant amount of money coming to A Plan.

Disappointed that when I renewed my home insurance with you paying the full amount you didn't inform RSA that I'd paid. They sent a letter stating that they were to take monthly payments from November. If I hadn't read this letter and sorted it myself I would have been paying twice
