It is very hard to give a view unless you have used the service ie:- made a claim !! The only thing I can say is the price was "slightly "favourable . In all our years of having home insurance (57) we have only ever made 2 claims but of course you don`t get a "No Claims Discount "Posible something to think about !!??

I spoke to Josh in the Poole branch he was working from home as he had Covid but that didn’t matter to him he still sorted my insurance out very professional I was very impressed we have all our insurances with them Josh was very professional.

APlan are very on the ball with keeping you updated as and when Renewing your insurance is required. Also trying to look for the best deals for your budget. Not always possible but they try. Very polite courteous members of staff that have spoken to me.

My latest experience of A-Plan has been much improved on previous ones. In my experience they are much better at standard Building Insurance rather than Landlords Insurance.
