Only started with A plan about one year ago and have just renewed my Motor policy,
Have talked with them on the telephone numerous times and they have always been very helpful.
Good price as well for my classic car insurance. The other good thing is that u can pop in and see them anytime as well as an alternative to telephoning them .
So, would definitely recommend .

Always helpful and very professional. Staff always so polite. A bit upset premium had gone up quite a bit but as always, worked through a few things to get to a satisfactory conclusion. Can’t ever really grumble with this company always a 5 star service.

This was the first time we had visited A-Plan and we were very impressed. Adam was very helpful and talked us through our options and we left feeling that we had got a good policy for Home and Contents. We are intending to go back when our car insurance is due. There was no pressure or pushiness and also we can go there should we need to make a claim and he will help us with that.

We have used A plan insurance (Eastleigh) for several years and we cannot fault them. Calls are answered quickly. Like most insurance companies they will offer extra's and if you decline these there is no pressure and constant up selling. They know their market.

Nothing was too much trouble and the advisor Shelly worked hard to achieve an affordable policy with a very good range of additional extras and we did not feel under pressure to accept the quotation at all, she rang us back a couple of days later as agreed an we were happy to go ahead with her recommendations . Don’t waste you time going on line or looking about for the cheapest quote.
Aplan have been my choice for my 6 years, each year my insurance has gets cheaper even with a accident where I was hit by a un-insured driver and drove off so I had to claim on my own policy.
Don’t dick about just get a quote and go with A-plan.

Very helpful and a very good thing they answer the phone! Not only do they answer the phone it’s after 2 rings. I rang my insurance company that I was with and waited 20 mins for them to answer! I think that says it all. The policy was good and cheaper than my previous quotes.
