Very professional service and helpfull,my only gripe is every time I renew my car insurance although I ask for my Road Breakdown phone number you never send it with my Insurance Policy I have to phone up to get it.

What a change to speak to a real person with great knowledge instead of the usual old "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US"now wait 45 minutes till somebody can be bothered to pick up a phone.
Highly recommend A plan maybe a touch more expensive but well worth it for the excellent service without all the call centre rubbish
