As always the A plan staff were really helpful and managed to get a slightly lower price for us. But the cost is going up enormously, at this rate it will be eating, heating or insurance, I wonder which one will win!

Been with A Plan for 20 years plus. Staff provide a comprehensive, expert and personal service. My contact has been Karl Burkhardt (Basingstoke branch) for many years now who does what he can to provide a great policy whilst trying to achieve a good price. Will always renew at Basingstoke.

All O.K. except sent another clients documents. Phoned was told you needed them back & would send sae with my documents. Got documents no sae so another call needed. Told to destroy other persons documents which I have done.
