Can't fault this company. You ring up and you get straight through to them. Karl, from the Basingstoke branch, was excellent today finding me the cheapest possible quote for my car insurance. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave me alot of his time today when I asked him further questions about insuring my daughter on the policy, etc. What I like about A Plan is you always get top quality service. You do pay a little more than comparison sites but the personal touch you get makes it well worth it. There is never any pressure to go with them and they always value your custom, especially as returning customers or for having other policies with them. Thanks again for great service today!

Laura and her colleagues at A-Plan, Leamington Spa, were exceptionally helpful and professional. We had been having difficulty getting insurance on a property that had some issues. Fortunately A-Plan found us cover at a sensibly priced premium. These days it is good to be able to speak 'face to face' rather than to some incoherent call centre staff in a far off land!
