The service from the team particularly Craig is first class. Nothing is too much trouble for them, the prices are competitive and the after sales service is fantastic. In a world of online insurance where you don't know who you are dealing with, hold on a queue for hours, speak to people with no knowledge or expertise it is really reassuring that I never have those problems. I truly cant recommend them enough and I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have been with the Bath branch for years excellent service and seem to get me the best deals I will not be moving away from them, insurance is a funny thing as I have never claimed from any which I am pleased with but for car and house insurance I know where I stand with the Bath branch who have been excellent throughout.

I spoke to Zoe who was very helpful and sorted my insurance out without fuss. Could not open policy on line so sent an email that was read straight away and a college of Zoe's phoned to fix the problem.

Using A-plan saves a lot of time searching for insurance online. When I have done this, A-plan still ends up finding the best deal.
Having received a reminder just before Xmas about the renewal of our 2 car insurances in January, we asked that we could delay payment until just before they were due. (Xmas is an expensive time!)
The agent was extremely helpful & understanding & this was arranged with no problem.
