I had been with a large insurer previously but trying to speak to someone was difficult. When calling A-Plan the phone was picked up on the 3rd ring and Tara-Louise was very professional and knew her stuff. It was wonderful to deal with a company who actually care about their customers.

Emma Stanton at the Solihull branch was excellent in her kind attitude and persistence to find me exactly what I was looking for in car insurance for my Range Rover Sport. Brilliant staff and customer service as usual. Whoever you deal with at the Camberley branch service satisfaction is assured. They do their utmost to get you the best deal for your insurance. They can't always beat other quotes but it is always tempting to stay with them anyway because the service is so good.

I have renewed both my car insurance and my wife’s. The process was done over the phone with A Plan staff after receiving a quote they had found based on the last years costs. Advising of any changes the staff were very helpful made it all very easy to do. I highly recommend A Plan to use great service and value.
