I have mixed views: when we needed the insurance we had taken out with them the company, backed by Lloyds of London, refused to pay.
On the other hand they are polite, helpful and the cost is minimal. But I feel that insurance is for the souls who provide it: not for those who wish to claim.

My renewal for my T6 camper conversion was due for renewal and A-Plan managed to keep the renewal cost down and only increased by £2, which was actually the European breakdown cover that increased.

Really like the customer service. But to be honest I am incredibly disappointed at the fact my insurance has almost not gone down in 3 years. I expect my broker to be able to get me a better deal after no claims and I am not particularly impressed that they have failed. Price comparison sites showed significant savings on the same policy. I have given one more chance this coming year as I do strongly rate their service. But will be leaving if there are not significant reductions in my premium next year.
