They are very reasonably priced but more important is that they answer the phone and can inform and make desisions. Although I rarely visit I find it reassuring that there is one that I could go to if needed and talk to a real person. It would have to be a lot cheaper elsewhere for me to consider changing

As it happens that I needed the Emergency Home cover that the policy has - on the first day. It has meant that my Boiler is fixed, after a part was replaced. Very good value for money

A Plan would probably expect a bad review from me, as I had some problems due to IT systems' glitches with them. However, the manager Stuart did his utmost to help me and to resolve the matter. It was frustrating, I spent a lot of time on the phone, but these things happen with IT, and the response from Stuart and his team was exceptional in trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The communication was also very good throughout, even if I didn't always hear what I wanted to hear in terms of delays etc. But they genuinely did their best, and I wasn't the easiest customer at times. Thanks Stuart. It was all good in the end.
