I had a call today from Catherine Smith at the Tooting office, to discuss the renewal of our house insurance policy. She was very pleasant, professional but friendly and explained all the details of the policy very clearly. I was more than happy to renew my policy for another year with A-Plan.

Amazing service and from start to finish. I had a quotation from Kirsty at A Plan Thatcham and offered me an amazing deal for what i need. A-Plan were excellent. I needed cover for a slightly out of the norm situation and the agent was brilliant. He had cover organised within half an hour and documents etc sent via e-mail. Very pleased indeed.

I received close on 90 pages, single sided photocopies, took me forever to find key information. That is NOT goid enough.

We have had a very unpleasant week as my son slipped in the shower damaged the shower and put his foot through the bath! It was a nightmare. When I spoke to Simon in Cheltenham office he was brilliant I explained that we have my 93 year old gran with us and need a bathroom and he spoke to the underwriter and got things sorted super quick. We really appreciated the extra effort he made.

I have today been speaking with Ben Priestly who was most helpful. I have been with Home direct for some years and have never had a problem. Your staff are professional in all aspects but also friendly and approachable. Unfortunately this will be the last time I will be renewing this policy as come September I will no longer require it but thanks very much for being my insurers over many years. My review is four stars as everyone needs to have aims and ambitions nobody is perfect.
