If only every interaction with an Insurance company was like this one. I spoke to Tamsin and she calmly took down all of our information, listened, advised and was not pushy. The breakdown policy had no clear, separate, titled front page that distinguished it as the main Insurance Policy did and I would find such a clear front page really helpful, together with phone details on who to contact in the event of breakdown.
