The staff at A-Plan's Maidstone office are always very helpful and easy to deal with. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim on any insurance policies that I have with A-Plan but I feel confident that they would be as helpful as possible in the event that I do make a claim. I would have no hesitation in recommending A-Plan to family and friends.

A-Plan are not always the cheapest but I feel they are the best. Everything is explained by someone who has the time to give proper customer service and should I ever need to contact them I just pick up the phone and know I will be talking to a real person who understands my individual requirements.
