I have used the services of A-Plan for some years, partly because I am too lazy to ring lots of other providers and change each year. In the main, however, this company and its staff will answer every query (and I always have lots) with honesty (as far as I can tell) and patience, which they need as I do not accept off-pat answers, need the detail. They are not always the cheapest, as I believe they accept but they do their best to keep the costs as competitive as they are able.
