Wanted some insurance to cover an unoccupied property prior to selling.
A-Plan managed to find me some that gave me the cover I needed.
Whole process took about 30mins which was pretty good for insurance.
Premium was reasonable and the agent was friendly and not pushy at all which was a bonus.

I reached out to A Plan as my Home Insurance policy was due for renewal and my previous broker - Stanhope Cooper let me down at the very last minute.
I found A Plan through a general search on Google so they did not know at all prior to this interaction. I found A Plan very professional, friendly and helpful. I dealt with a lady called Amy McGregor who was helpful but as i had a specific type of requirement, i was passed onto A Plan Private Clients.
Kailen Taannis then took over my case and worked tirelessly and urgently to find an alternative policy in time, which was not straight forward.. She was very responsive, she kept me updated. Thank you Amy and Kailen and A Plan. I would definitely recommend Kailen, Amy and the A Plan team to anyone looking for insurance cover. They have been excellent.

good quote but then there are recomended tweaks to the original quote so it goes up another couole of notches so then its approx the same price as the competition, crafty move, also im still waiting for the paper work that i opted for

Sorting out the actual insurance required seemed quite simple but, when i read the draft proposal, I realised that a number of key facts were incorrect, which would have cost me substantially in paying extra for what I required. This was rectified quickly but then, after taking out the policy, I found that it was impossible to access it online. When I complained, I was told that they could raise an issue with their IT department but they implied that it probably wouldn't be fixed. My overall rating is "could do so much better"

I have been using the Aplan office in Evesham for the last year. They have been amazing at every interaction. Supper efficient, friendly but professional and I didn’t even want to look to see if I could get my insurance cheaper online.
On the most recent renewal I dealt with Katie and Sylvia and both were an example of great customer service. At a time when customer service is needed most so many firms are failing but Evesham Aplan can show others how it should be done. Thank you.
