This year's offer was less than last year's. Was dealt with by an extremely competent and polite person . My insurance now is roughly half what it was before I started using this company . When offered insurance on property and contents , quote is nearly half of what I'm presently paying . I will transfer when due . No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent service. Very easy to arrange my insurance, speaking with a person makes an enormous difference, you're sure you have the right protection that you need. It's so much nicer than online and removes any uncertainty. Recently I was unfortunate to have to claim. The personal service I received was fantastic. The agent at the Luton office has arranged everything for me, she has been really good.

Sandy was very friendly and efficient, and we are confident we were offered the best quote. Sound advice and full and clear explanation of cover, and quick production of all motor documents. Our daughter recommended APlan, having insured with the Maidenhead branch for years, and we will be very happy to place all other insurances with them as they arise. Holt in the Tooting office dealt with my Car Insurance renewal. The A plan was recommended just over 4 years ago and I have been very happy with the plan, timely reminders the prices and the level of contact. I also have my house insurance with A plan and am happy with the service.
