Having looked at on line insurance I was having problems trying to get a quote due to the fact that I had a cherish number plate transfer and as soon as I entered my number plate it came up with my previous car! Spoke to Simon at the Esplanade Volkswagen dealership who advised me to speak to yourselves. Explaining the problem to your advisor he couldn't have been more helpful, with some straightforward questions and answers he came up with a quote that was very acceptable. Excellent service. Sorry I don't remember the advisors name.

My house is insured with Aplan so when the renewal for my car insurance was unsatisfactory, I contacted Katie Herbert, as recommended by my daughter. Excellent, friendly, professional service and my car insurance was sorted to my satisfaction in a very short time. Very happy with the service. Pleased my daughter recommended them.

Excellent service from all the team sorting out Building and contents insurance. Helpful with cover needed a lot cheaper than I was paying with more cover options. Not a problem I wanted them separate policy and dates for payments.

I MADE A VISIT TO THE STRATFORD UPON AVON BRANCH ON A MONDAY AFTERNOON .I AM NEW CUSTOMER NOW .BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT WHEN I STOOD INSIDE THE BRANCH I DIDNT GET EYE CONTACT OR EVEN A WAVE AS ALL STAFF WERE ON PHONES .I STOOD FOR 5 MINUTES WHICH I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT .JUST A SMILE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE .
