I've just renewed my van insurance with A-plan and as always received excellent customer service from the staff who work there. Today Jemel at the Tooting branch dealt with my renewal. Jemel is very professional and courteous and couldn't do enough to help me get the best deal he could provide.

As a widowed Pensioner in her 80s, it is important that I am given clear, detailed, supportive and correct advice. This I most certainly received. Customer service was not only professional but warm and friendly and gave me confidence. I would definitely recommend A-Plan Insurance.

Talking to Richard at A plan Andover branch was a real pleasure. My husband had just died and I needed to re arrange my car insurance. Richard was kind and very understanding of my situation. Explained everything to me, in a way that was helpful, as I had never arranged car insurance myself before. I would highly recommend A plan insurance, especially Richard.

I have been with APlan for decades for my car insurance and more recently my camper van too. Always efficient service, polite nod on the ball. My camper van insurance was renewed this month with minimum of fuss, despite a few changes. Good value too - I didn’t feel the need to shop around.

Absolute pleasure to deal with (A-Plan- Birmingham). So helpful, and their knowledge of products is amazing.
I was worried sick whether my policy is covered for a potential home disaster, which they explained in simple language (not insurance jargon) what my policy covers.
This is my first year of using this Co/Branch, as I was recommended! I urge you to give them a try you will not be disappointed. Unlike other companies that take your money and soon as there is a problem you are either on hold for hours, and then just want to shy away of resolving any issues.

I am presently in South Africa, and my car insurance was renewed by Yvette Applegath in my absence. She is also a named driver on my policy.
Considering my car is over twenty years old, my renewal policy included breakdown cover, so the overall cost I believe to be fair.
Lee Beckett branch manager, also sent me an e-mail thanking me for renewing with A-Plan. which I did appreciate. In view of this, I believe he should receive an immediate pay rise, with longer holidays, and a new car of his choice thrown in for good measure. He can then perhaps give me his car as a goodwill gesture, as I am of retired status.

Happy with the price but as for the breakdown your representative said that the breakdown was very comprensive better than my our quote and its not.as it doesn't have home start and will not repair wishing 1 mile of my home which is not good as I work mainly in my home town and can and do acur wishing that radius. For another £30 I could have gone to 1 of the 2 bigger breakdown services with home start includes.
