I have been with A-Plan for well over 30 years. I have always been impressed with the level of service and backup. This, as far as I'm concerned is as important now as it ever has been.
Hawk Cave from the Thatcham branch called me yesterday and very quickly and efficiently we reinsured my car and put into place a group insurance for our other cars. This will reduce administration costs and legal expense cover as well as reduce premiums on each car going forward.
I would just like to add how helpful Hawk has been, it made the whole process alot less painful.

In my opinion, I just left it up to A-Plan to renew my home contents insurance with what I had last year with them because they do a very good job of setting everything up, and I can just sit back and relax and let them get on with it. I would certainly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a good place for their insurance needs.

I have always been impressed with your service both for the cars and the house and contents. i was a little disappointed that the insurer for some strange reason wanted a tracker fitted to my new car which i understand is unusual given its cost. you did manage to rescue the situation via a new insurer altogether which in the circumstances was a pity an led to increased costs. i understood that a refund is due from the original provider but so far this has not been forthcoming..
