Super helpful and attentive when asking lots of questions about insuring a specialist vehicle. I had a quite a technical query on the Public Liability Insurance cover on my Home Insurance arranged through A-Plan. I spoke with Isabella who took all the details, agreed to check with the Underwriters and call me back which she duly did with a very clear explanation (that I was covered). To have this sort of efficient, prompt and confident service, and on the phone, is the reason I am happy to deal with A-Plan. Thank you Isabella.

My existing insurance was AGECO, when I told them that I was changing my car to a Suzuki they told me they couldn`t insure it . I was advised to contact A-Plan and spoke to Mr Matthew Scott. He checked through all the insurance companies that would insure my new vehicle and made a recommendation which I accepted. He was very professional and helpful. I would therefore recommend A-Plan to anybody.

Just renewed my buildings insurance with A-Plan. It is the first time I have used this company and it has been an absolute pleasure. The two gentlemen who dealt with my case, Jack Flemons and Thomas Jack were extremely polite and friendly and made the whole process easy. It was also a very good deal financially and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
