Having been a customer of A-Plan since 2006, I have always been impressed with their service and expertise.
Most recently they went above and beyond helping with a claim on our home insurance (Zoe Bunce) dealing with both our insurer and the third parties insurer as well.
Also, Cameron Birkby has just been excellent sorting out the renewal of one of our motor insurance policies and managing to obtain a much better quote than I expected.
I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely continue using them.

Went to A-Plan after multiple recommendations, the quote process was very thorough & well above the norm to define exactly what my van had and its value. Competitive cost Vs big standard providers & efficiently administered. I had a problem accessing my account/documents but this was fixed with a single short call. The ultimate test would be making a claim but hope that will be avoided but everything else very good.
