I was with A Plan a couple of years ago. But I had to leave when you couldn’t get me a competitive price.
I invited you to quote again and was pleased to find you were again competitive!
To be honest, I didn’t look beyond your quote entirely due to ‘Harry’, your employee who was so helpful, friendly and attentive.
He even remembered that we had a recently poorly (now deceased) pet and showed true empathy and sympathy.
People like Harry are why people like me will be keen to keep coming back to you.
I like a local business (even though I live in North Yorkshire!).
And employees like Harry are why customers like me want to stay with you.

We have used A plan for years for all our insurances. They are so competitive with prices and it takes away any worries about forgetting to renew.
I get a reminder and a phone call in case any details have changed, and to give me options on prices etc
The staff are all so friendly and helpful.
