I have been using A-Plan for several years now, and I do not (A)-Plan to change at the moment. If I have any questions or queries when renewing, I find that they explain all the details in such a way that I totally understand everything.

Renewal of my car insurance was due, and A-plan advised me of the renewal premium and found a cheaper offer for me. Although the offer was much cheaper, the excess was higher, but even adding excess cover and no-claim protection, it still worked out about £100 cheaper. Well pleased.

I have 2 Insurances with Aplan my daughter as well has 2 or 3! I love knowing that I can just walk into the office if I have a problem. I wont change now as its just so easy to renew and much cheaper than any Insurances I have had over the years. ( I have had a few!! ) Thanks for all your help

We already had 2 cars insured when home insurance was mentioned. A Plan had cold called us in the past so we asked them to call earlier "next time" which they did. They were very helpful and corteous both on the phone and in person. Gave us advice for a rental property. An all out effort to cover everything we needed or may need later.
Nothing was too much trouble and we liked the way they take on board being our point of contact dealing with any problems or claims. Would also add they were recommended by friends who have been with them for some time. They have a local office and we do like having personal contact.

Excellent service earlier this year when I had a claim for lost contents "away from home". Paid without problem over the phone direct with the insurers. I always use comparison sites each year and this year's renewal was very competitive with the best. Because of the excellent service on the claim, I stayed with A-Plan! :-)
