I found the staff to be committed and friendly and polite as well. I am awaiting to update my car insurance with them and if they are competitive, will insure with them. I like the fact that I can actually phone them direct at the Northampton office and get an immediate answer always. Thank you.

I have used A-Plan for both my cars and home insurance for many years at both their High Wycombe and Thatcham branches because I value my time enough to not waste hours trolling the internet to eventually find a deal which has no personal contact but may have saved me £20. I value my time and a personal contact far more than a few pounds. This is especially relevant should I need help with a claim.
