The service A-plan provided me with when switching my home and contents insurance was superb. The member of staff who helped me was friendly but professional knowledgeable and efficient. Having had to take control of finances suddenly after my husbands stroke it was such a relief to make a phone call to A Plan Insurance, which was recommended to me, and find a friendly helpful person on the other end of the phone. They dealt with my car insurance and Building & House Contents efficiently and professionally which was a great help and I would recommend them to anyone.

Just good people to deal with.. and for the first time that I can remember for a long long time at renewal my premium actually went down not up.. This has not happened with other insurers even tho I have 9yrs+ NCB.. zero claims.. and a clean license.. So well done A Plan.

Excellent service from the Weybridge office of A-Plan. Danny reverted with a quotation for buildings insurance extremely quickly. The quotation was very competitive and I was able to reinsure for another 12 months. I had never used A-Plan before but will certainly use them in the future for all my insurance needs.
