The insurance advisors are very helpful, friendly and provide an excellent service, always trying their best to get a great deal for customers. They take their time to explain everything a policy includes and point out important details to make sure it is the right policy for me as a customer.
Just before renewal an advisor calls to provide a a quote, without being pushy to sell, which as a customer, I feel is very important.
Keep up the good work!

Georgina was great. Called up about modified car insurance and track day cover. Talked all the options through and got some good advice on the best policy for my requirements. Insuring my track toy is cheaper than the other half's runabout! Very impressed.

Just took my first policy out with A-Plan. Very competitive quote with a lower excess. This was for a modified car and the policy was actually less than I was quoted to renew with Esure. Fast call back as well as easy to get hold off when calling with a further query. Managed to speak to the same person, Gareth, very helpful. Hopefully I wont need to write another review, good or bad, in the event of a claim!

i met a man in person who worked for a plan he seemed a straight up kinda guy so i insured with them ,the people did me a good service with the insurance arrangement's ,the only bit that was crap was the price rose by nearly 200 pounds 10 days after the previous quote expired other than that its all tickety boo
