I received my renewal papers. Had another quote slightly cheaper than that offered. Advised the lady I spoke to and after a few minutes came back and told me they would match the cheaper quote, I accepted the offer and confirmed renewal.

Louse at the Shirley branch was brilliant I filled in a quote request on the internet and she quickly responded by phoning me. After giving me a quote there was no pushy sales response and two days later I phoned to accept her quote and nothing was too much trouble will definitely be asking her for future quotes. Would recommend anyone to give them a go.

I’ve always had a good service in the office and have 3 insurance policies with A-Plan brokers. I recently had a motorcycle theft and the office sorted out the claim with no hassle.

All of the staff each person I have spoken to has been extremely polite very very helpful and talked me through through the procedure of taking out my insurance with them they are amazing I am fully comprehensive fully covered with them I understand everything about my policy because they explained it in detail to me following the conversation we had on the phone with my renewal my documents were in the post and I received them three days later I would definitely recommend A plan to my friends and family thank you for your prompt and continuing service Mrs B
