The outcome was very close to my previous experience of A-Plan.
It fell short only because if inadequate provision of a 'handover' process when the sales person took leave. This could be a serious problem when, as in my case, the renewal date for car insurance is very close.

This is the 3rd year I have used Aplan. I found their prices were reasonable and renewal was easy and straight forward. So far I have been fortunate that I haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on this but with the service I have already received I would certainly recommend
