Went to A-Plan Hemel Hempstead's branch, looking for a quote for my car. Unfortunately I couldn't find there anything that suits my budget, however I was quite impressed by the professionalism and help offered my Mr. Thomas He gave me a honest advice and many tips to help me with finding a good plan for me. I'm 100% sure that he reflects how professional is A-Plan.

Just taken out a years motoring insurance with A-Plan, which isn't that unusual except I have been a Company Car Driver for years so had no No Claims bonus to apply. Luckily for me Liz Holt of A-Plan talked me through the different options, was able to suggest an insurance company that took my driving experience into account and provide me with a policy and cover from exactly when I require it. Thanks Liz!

Like everything prices have shot up,changed policy 3 months into the old one as purchased another car.

Great advice on somewhat unique insurance requirements from Carlos. Being able to exchange e-mails to get the basics checked is really helpful and then to finalise the product on the phone meant it was very efficient. A few bits to follow up on after signing up were dealt with quickly as well.

The team at A plan are always very friendly and go the extra mile to get the best insurance deal they can. I have taken out a number of policies, car, home and others in recent years. Good value, great service and with real people in Macclesfield to help you.... not a 'chat line' or hanging on the telephone for ages to speak to somebody in an overseas call centre! I would highly recommend giving A plan a call.
