The staff at Worcester branch are brilliant. They always answer my questions quickly and in layman's terms.
I could get it a bit cheaper on line BUT due to the professional , polite and manner of the Worcester branch I will go to them instead , they even got my mum cheaper like for like contents insurance. I have recommended them to friends and family and they got a better deal

very handy, should the worst occur, as the brokers office is very easy to reach, for a face to face chat ... ( rather than endless e-mails and phone calls to a remote office ) the service is good and the fee does not rise for loyal customers, from year to year .... thank you ....
