No high level of pressure to accept added services although they do have good extras to offer some of which I took out ,others I didn`t.

The staff I deal with are always pleasant and efficient although this year I found the car insurance quote a lot more than the online quotes I also obtained.
I suppose I still used the Co because of past dealings.

Not a lot I can say other than, I have insured through A Plan insurance for about 18 years and they have always given me a great deal as well as knowing that should I ever need help, I can contact them and they will be there for me. My wife is also insured through A Plan. It is great to know there are people ready to support me if I need them.
