I have been a customer of aplan for many years and have always had a 1st class service. All the staff are always so helpful and friendly. My contents insurance was due for renewal ( A-Plan had previously reminded me of that fact by email and text ) so I phoned them for a quote which I accepted and paid for. The person who took my call dealt with my request politely and efficiently in a few minutes resulting in cover for my property for the next year.

Now that my usual provider of insurance cannot reduce the price when I ring due to Govn't changes, I have changed over to A Plan. Very slightly more expensive than using a comparison site but you get to speak to a human being who certainly did their best to get a great deal for me.

I have found them to be responsive, competitive and willing to work with me to ensure that I always receive what I need in terms of my vehicle insurance. Their Branch Manager and staff were very helpful. The Policy itself was better than the one we had previously on a “like for like” basis - and significantly cheaper.
