I have been with A plan a few years now , and are 100% happy with the service they provide. I have used a number of A Plan offices over many many years, well “used” is the wrong word it’s more of a symbiotic relationship. The advice covered ; Home, Contents, Holiday(s), Cars, rental properties and property conversion. In return I paid for the premiums.
Now here’s the thing, A Plan are a Nation Wide Company with both local and specialist branches dealing with the more obscure requirements.
I have had one bad experience with a difficult menu driven individual- she didn’t last long at APlan, as for the rest they have saved me money through the companies ability to negotiate lower prices through the significant level of business they can provide to well researched insurance companies.
When it comes to a claims they act on my behalf and haven’t failed me yet.
No! This is not a “planted review” but a faithful representation of what has transpired over 20 plus years. Yes, I do, due diligence that’s how I know they are value for money.
Oh yes, nearly forgot, Rebecca at the Bromsgrove Branch, a relative newcomer but very good to deal with and ,a big plus, what she didn’t know? she took the trouble to find out answers to some awkward questions and came back with well researched answers.
Methinks, through past experience, the good influence of Deputy Branch Manager Rachel might be relevant.

Having taken out our House Insurance last year with A-Plan, we definitely decided to Insure my car with A-Plan as well.
It makes it so much easier and personal to be able to actually speak face to face with a member of the staff, this time with Me Paul Aslett, he explained all my options and everything can be discussed without being rushed.
My Insurance worked out cheaper than before and Paul was able to help me cancel my previous Insurance without having to make a trip to the Bank to cancel my renewal.
My husband and I feel very confident with A-Plan and wished we had gone to them sooner.
We will definitely be back when we need anymore help.
Mr Aslett is very easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease as did Jo when we did our House Insurance.
