I’ve been with a-plan for my home insurance for about 20 years. They are efficient and friendly. They send me a quote when it is due for renewal without fail and whilst I always a do the usual - shop around for a couple of quotes for comparison - they have never been beaten for price in a like-for-like policy. There is never any sales pressure and I trust them completely. Thank you a-plan Hall Green!

The person I spoke to was well mannered and listened to me speak without interruption. I felt that he listened to my situation and got me some great quotes for my fully comp boat insurance. My House insurance renewal premium arrived higher (as expected) than I wanted to pay and my local office worked very hard to find a way to keep my House and Contents cover as before but for a much lower premium. They managed it by changing Contents cover to a new provider. I have no hesitation in recommending A- Plan - they really do an excellent job! (Tusen takk Sarah)

Apart from the increase in cost, which I half expected, all seems to gone well after Zurich's decision not to carry on with motor insurance and the documents I've received confirm what what discussed on the phone. Can't help telling you that yesterday another car slid on the ice outside my house and I've made a claim on Zurich which should be O.K. as I've got all the details of the other car.
