Well informed and helpful people on the phone line with no annoying voicemail menus. They have arranged competitive prices for building and contents insurance two years in a row and do not treat us like captive customers.

In these days of internet platforms, online chat and multi-layer automated voice menus, I am so glad to find an insurance broker that answers the phone with real people. Online systems have limitations, and cannot cope with many common situations in life. The staff at A-Plan can advise on the terms and conditions of cover and ensure you get what you need.

Cheaper than all other compare sites and brokers by £180, which gave me a insurance cost that was not inflated like the others companies….. which in itself is a great start followed up by the company rep Matthew who I dealt with made the whole process from quotes to taking out the policy understandable and showed a great level of transparency to show there was no hidden small print or hidden catches.
