I have only managed to get as far as the quotation stage so far but I must say that Jonathan from A-Plan was extremely helpful in gathering all the relevant information and finding me the best deal. The whole process was very efficient and I felt that it was a positive experience.

The service I received was absolutely excellent, in fact outstanding. Jon was very clear with his questions, and took time to make sure I understood what was being asked of me.
I was recommended to A Plan by two separate friends, and I, without hesitation will do the same.
Friendly, efficient customer service, with a saving of £115.00 on my previous two quotes.

Reminded about car insurance renewal due - light rise in premium - agreed to pay by BACS - account details not clear - clarified with phone call. Had to ring to have documents sent. Otherwise always very helpful.
