Luke Morley, Insurance consultant at Tooting, was extremely professional, friendly & courteous. He was very thorough and efficient. We have used A Plan for a few years now and I find it helpful to receive a reminder when the policy is due, prevents missing or late renewals. Overall very happy with the process.

I have used A-Plan for many years now. Their service is always prompt and helpful, whether or not our dealings are via telephone or, as in this case, in the office itself. There is no pressure to buy additional options although these and the relevant costs are described in as much detail as needed to come to an informed decision. I also like the paperless document vault system that they have had in place for the last few years.

In January 2022 I delt with both your Taunton and Oxfordshire branches of A-Plan Insurance, ( both times ladies and one gentleman ) my questions and queries were answered quickly, procicely and politely with accurate information prior to motor insurance renewal. I have been dealing with A-Plan Insurance for about the last seven or eight years. So why would I change. What's that old English saying - If it's not broken, don't try to fix it 🙂
