Recently made a motor accident claim and was impressed with the help I received about accessing a courtesy car . The company has kept in touch regarding the progress of the repair . I have insured through A-Plan for two years now and have found them to be very reasonable and competitive. It takes all the hassle out of reinsuring and I know that if anything happens all I have to do is call them and they will deal with it for me. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

Called and took details on the phone to go to market and advised would come back with quotes. Called back a few days later with details of their recommendation. Advised of alternative cheaper options with less cover and also optional additions in a non salesman like manner - not pushing for higher sales. Compared offering against previous years cover. All done very efficiently and quickly and gave full options in a manner that was not leading. Agreed cover made payment there and then. Went through marketing options in initial call and simple to advise I didn't want to receive anything other than for the existing insurance. Went though options of how to receive information relating to any insurance taken out and easy to stop info by post (which I personally do not want as waste of paper). All in all the perfect service for me - quick, efficient, informative, everything put in a simplified manner, no hard sale!

Renewed my house insurance again. Reminder came to let me know then was rang and advised the renewal premium and if I wanted to proceed. Price had only gone up a few pound so said I would renew. Couple of days before due date they phoned to collect the payment.

Have been with A Plan for some years now. Their service I’ve found to be very good and efficient. Nobody wants or expects to make an insurance claim but I am confident that if this ever became necessary A Plan would be helpful and supportive.

What a pleasure to deal with A-Plan! Jack at the Worcester office was great - he managed to find me comparable buildings insurance at a third of the cost I had been quoted to renew with my previous insurer. The service was quick and efficient and Jack took the time to answer my questions and explained things in detail. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.
