I just want to shar e my experience today with Luke Morley from A-plan insurance.
I can not thank him enough of offering me such a great and pleasant service and experience too all the time needed to check all the quotes for me to insure my Van, because it is a first time I have and insure a Van for my work like courier, so he went above and beyond to explain me everything and search all the providers to find me the best quotes for my needs.
He really but a heart and soul in generating offering me that quote and finish the insurance with me.
He under promise and overdeliver. Compering to the experience with previous brokers that was incomparable and give my faith back in the insurance brokers.

Having purchased an imported car I was a bit confused as to why I could not continue to maintain my new policy via the Epsom branch ,as I have utilised them for years because they are local & I can pop in to discuss my policy .Don't get me wrong the agent that I dealt with in Southampton was professional ,precise & helpful but as a customer I felt uncertain as to whether to continue my relationship with the company & still don't fully grasp why the Epsom branch couldn't handle this new policy ,, surely a computer placed detail can be done anywhere ???

ages to get thru to some one over the phone. Sometimes, there's an automated message which makes it harder to get thru.
