This year both my car and house insurance went up by about 15%! Not to the rate of inflation! I tried to get a more competitive rate elsewhere but failed.

Asked for renewal quote for home contents insurance from Thomas at Poole office. Went through all details & he came back with competitive quote within couple of hours. Same underwriter as Swinton ( existing company) but much cheaper for similar levels of insurance. Very satisfied with 'A' Plan.

I was sent a renewal reminder by email a couple of weeks before the date to renew and rung once to see if I wanted to discuss anything. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was a couple of pounds less than last year whilst still covering all the things I wanted covering.
