Not very helpful in finding the cheapest insurance for my car after insuring through them I found them very expensive as I looked around afterwards to compare prices (bearing in mind I’m not an insurance agent) I found the same cover on go compare for £333 not just a little cheaper but a whole lot cheaper,I will look around next year when my renewal is due ,been with a plan a few years now a lot disappointed.. peter.j.c

My phone call to the Tooting Office this morning was quickly picked up and l spoke to a very polite young man who put me through to Catherine Smith who had sent me renewal e-mails. Catherine was very helpful & polite & friendly. My renewal premium was reasonable and l renewed my policy.
