Hawk Caves has been fantastic to deal with throughout the renewal process for my various vehicle policies. He is patient, easy to talk to and builds rapport well. I have been a home and car insurance customer for 18 years so they know what I want and get on with it. E.g. sending me documentation in the post rather than more electronic communications. However can't avoid the protracted telephone interrogation each time even though I tell them nothing has changed.

Every year, as with all insurers, the original renewal quotation always, without fail, is reduced considerably once challenged!!!! Why do insurers & brokers never quote their lowest price in the first place or do they assume the public are so gullable????
