had a problem with first quote it was £50 more and as a pensioner l need to keep costs at least the same as last year having only claimed for chipped windscreen and replacement needed but they dealt with it brilliantly have been with them since 2011 and didn’t want to change so was pleased to get an agreement very professional and called back to confirm that l had received the paperwork so all good at present

Good communication, locally based , humans answer phones not automated systems, they price matched an outside quote I was given and they cut my new policy by over £100. Friendly and competent. Would highly recommend.

We were very impressed and grateful with the advice and help that Mya, (Taunton Branch) gave us. Our previous insurance company cancelled our policy and refused to reinstate it, so we were left with no cover at all, at 4.30 in the afternoon. We contacted A Plan, and were Impressed with the professional help we received. They even managed to get us a better policy for less outlay all in half an hour. Our loyalty is assured.
