Having had to take control of finances suddenly after my husbands stroke it was such a relief to make a phone call to A Plan Insurance, which was recommended to me, and find a friendly helpful person on the other end of the phone. Just good people to deal with.. and for the first time that I can remember for a long long time at renewal my premium actually went down not up.. This has not happened with other insurers even tho I have 9yrs+ NCB.. zero claims.. and a clean license.. So well done A Plan.
