Just bought a small VW Caddy. Dealt with David Swiers who was absolutely brilliant. Can’t thank him enough for his great service and going the extra mile. It was nice speaking to a human who knows his stuff and not a call centre operative who’s trained to be an impersonal robot. Will definitely recommend David and his team going forward. I must say the service levels and customer-centric approach by all their agents including our contact Luke Morley at the Tooting branch was exceptional.
