Excellent service from the Weybridge office of A-Plan. Danny reverted with a quotation for buildings insurance extremely quickly. The quotation was very competitive and I was able to reinsure for another 12 months. I had never used A-Plan before but will certainly use them in the future for all my insurance needs.

Jordan was extremely helpful and assisted me in finding the right property and contents cover. I didn’t feel like a nuisance when asking question and I like the fact that you can speak to a real person! All in all a good experience. A-plan were recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them myself.

Always have good help and advice from the Basingstoke office and Karl in particular. He is a highly experienced member of staff and goes out of his way to ensure that I get the best deals possible. I have a number of cars insured at Basingstoke and feel that Karl's efforts, over many years, are good reasons to remain a customer of that branch.

Thankyou to the rep that i got to see. Paid slightly more than i could havre got on the direct way. thou when the office is just around the corner it gives you a face to who your talking to. would be better if insurance companies would make it a lot clearer about going to work wither its business or just going to a place of work. Also job s in these days should all be in there.

Really impressed with Reece @ tooting. I will be honest I was ready to leave A plan due to other slightly cheaper quotes. However getting a few quid knocked off elsewhere couldn't beat the customer service and the friendliness of which I received. On top of answering the phone quickly rather than being left on hold by other companies Reece was polite, informative and helpful.
