Adam Horwood-Smith from Taunton helped me on the phone, having been in South Africa for 40 years and just returned I knew that my request would not be straightforward especially as my husband has a provisional licence which expires 41 years after he got it. A mistake we think but as he left UK shortly after that it was never questioned. Adam was very helpful, heard my details and captured everything as the situation stands ensuring I understood everything all the way through.
