I have nearly all my insurances brokered through A-Plan and Abbie in particular. She makes the task of having to part with money much more bearable.
I have dealt with other members of the team and the story is always the same - polite, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. They always have time to speak, never hurried or short.
However Abbie is the one who calls me most of the time at renewal and because of this she knows what I require for cover and has already found the best deal before we speak. Thank you all. A++++

I have been with A-Plan insurance for a few years, for my modern American Camaro V8, due to their great service, and great prices.
They are not the cheapest, but will go the extra mile, to get your renewed custom, by seeing what they can do on price, etc.
They are easy to contact, and do not take long to pick up the phone.
Their insurance does not have high excesses like most companies out there,
and will accept some mods' without extra cost.
I can also pay monthly which is handy, too.
I will continue to use A-Plan insurance for my American car in the future, if they can keep up the great service!

Its annoying that you always have to query the additional charges / admin fees before they are reduced (which they always are). Would be good just to be given the 'best' price available right at the start. Having said that, after a couple of phone calls A Plan always manage to find a good policy at a competitive rate.

Well iv been with Aplan now for quite some time. To be fair, they have always got me what I feel is a good deal. Plus they are really easy to talk too. Overall I'm happy with what the do and offer.

After a small flood in kitchen i gave up trying to claim bacause i have an arch between kitchen and dining room and apparently that is not all one room.So frustrated i gave up

The staff were very helpful, I spoke to and saw several of them.
Following flooding at home, they contacted the insurer for me. The loss adjuster and carpet removal people followed soon after.
So, the process is well under way, although I have to wait for the de-humidifier to work before the carpet is replaced (and possibly skirting boards).
The drying out process is almost completed.
